Attacking Foreign Odors in Alternative Solvents

If you have a stubborn foreign odor problem in your alternative solvent machine, you may benefit from the science behind Restore.  Restore is a versatile Fabritec product that can be added to both Drycleaning and Laundry/Wetcleaning processes to eliminate smoke and other malodors.  The unique chemical in Restore works by trapping and neutralizing odors it encounters.  Restore is not a perfume or masking agent!

How does it work? Restore can be added to the water separator in hydrocarbon and silicone drycleaning processes to aid in odor control and to provide a more perfect separation between the water phase and solvent phase. In addition to trapping any odors present in the separator, Restore increases the density of the water layer to provide better separation from the solvent.  This prevents water contamination in base tanks.  Sanitone recommends adding 1.5 ounces of Restore directly to the water separator first thing in the morning and another 1.5 ounces halfway through the day.
